Registration Deadline: August 31, 6:00 PM

Amber Georgia is dedicated to showcasing small-scale wineries that preserve and advance authentic natural winemaking traditions, thus participation is open only to wineries that meet the following criteria:

Production Scale: Only small wineries producing up to 40,000 liters annually are eligible to apply.

Vine Growing Standards: All vineyards must be cultivated using organic methods only.

The use of the following is not permitted: Synthetic pesticides, herbicides, synthetic fertilizers.

Winemaking Standards: Only wines produced according to natural winemaking principles are accepted.

Accepted wines must be made: Without additives, without commercial or selected yeasts, with minimal intervention throughout vinification.

Sulfur Policy: Total sulfur content must not exceed 50 mg/L total SO₂.

Wine List Requirement: At least one wine submitted for presentation must be an amber wine.

Amber Georgia reserves the right to request additional information regarding vineyard and wine cellar practices and to review eligibility before confirming participation.

Application Process: Wineries that are members of the Natural Wine Association are eligible for direct acceptance upon completion of the registration requirements.

Applications from non-member wineries are subject to review and approval to ensure compliance with Amber Georgia’s participation standards and eligibility criteria.

Approved wineries will receive participation details, pricing information, operational guidelines, and next steps after confirmation.
