Zura Mgvdliashvili is the owner and winemaker of Nikalas Marani, a traditional family wine cellar in the village of Kardenakhi, Gurjaani Municipality, Kakheti. He continues a four-generation family winemaking tradition, remaining committed to authentic, minimal-intervention winemaking.

Iago Bitarishvili is a pioneering natural winemaker in Chardakhi, Kartli, specializing in Chinuri. A pioneer of organic Georgian wine, he helped promote ecological farming, natural winemaking, and Georgian wine internationally.

Niabi Winery was founded in 2017 by two young winemakers with a shared philosophy rooted in organic farming. Their focus is on nurturing a healthy vineyard ecosystem and crafting vibrant, energetic wines shaped by the unique character of the land. The winery is located in Teliani village, Shida Kartli region.

Kondoli Winery began viticulture and winemaking in 2019, producing wines exclusively from its own certified organic vineyards in Kondoli village, Telavi district, within the Tsinandali PDO micro-zone, historically known for premium-quality grapes.

Winery Makharebeli located in Vazisubani, Gurjaani Municipality, produces Kakhetian traditional wine in Kvevri.

Founded in 2003, Our Wine is located in Bakurtsikhe village and cultivates only indigenous Georgian grape varieties in Kardanakhi and Bakurtsikhe micro-zones.

Sherma Family Winery has been producing wine for generations, though they decided to turn this tradition into business only in 2020. The winery is located in Kartli region, village of Mejvriskhevi.

“Marani Milorauli” in Telavi traces its winemaking history back to 1930 and was revived with a renewed vision in 2015. Our 7.5-ha organically certified vineyards are home to nine different grape varieties. Years ago, in her family’s old village home in Kakheti, Gurjaani, Ia Imerlishvili uncovered century-old buried qvevris — silent vessels holding the memory of generations past. This moment sparked the birth of Ia’s Winery.

Lomtadzeebis Marani in Velistsikhe, Gurjaani, was built in the early 20th century. It preserves 24 qvevris dating back to 1900–1905. For over a century, the family has continued the traditional Kakhetian winemaking method. 

Gabriel’s Wine was established in 2016 by Father Gabriel Khomasuridze in his family home in Gamarjveba, Kvemo Kartli. The winery produces small-batch natural qvevri wines and traditional pét-nats. Winemaking is entirely natural, without additives or filtration.

Guram Maisuradze, founder of Nadelebi, began planting vines in 2016, yielding the first harvest in 2021. The grapes flourish in Kurdgelauri, Kakheti region spanning on 3 hectares, producing between 7,000 and 10,000 bottles annually.

Oda Family Winery in Martvili revives Samegrelo’s terroir-driven winemaking traditions, crafting wines from rare local grape varieties through natural, minimal-intervention methods. Here, wine is made with deep respect for the vineyard, the character of each grape variety, and the local ecosystem.

“Martvili Marani” continues the tradition of winemaking and natural wine culture in Samegrelo. Its wines, made from organically cultivated vineyards and exported to various countries around the world, reflect the local terroir, the diversity of grape varieties, and the region’s unique winemaking heritage.

“Batsashvili’s Marani” is a family winery founded by Ilia Batsashvili and Zaza Giorgadze. Using Rkatsiteli and Saperavi grapes from their vineyards in Bakurtsikhe, Kakheti, they craft natural qvevri wines and Pet-Nat. Since 2024, the winery has been a member of the Georgian Natural Wine Association.

Founded in 2014 in Kakheti, the Iora winery cultivates indigenous Georgian grape varieties in a certified organic vineyard near Sagarejo. Using traditional Kakhuri winemaking methods, it produces authentic, high-quality organic wines that reflect the region’s heritage.

Founded in 2012 by Ketevan Akolashvili and Christian Hubert, the family winery in Velistsikhe grew into a 12-hectare estate. Reviving ancestral qvevris, it produces traditional Georgian wines rooted in family heritage.

Founded in 2017, Ori Marani is a small artisanal winery in Igoeti, Shida Kartli. It combines Georgian winemaking traditions, qvevri culture, and centuries-old craftsmanship to create distinctive, authentic wines.

Baadur 1933 is a family-owned winery in Sachkhere, Upper Imereti, carrying on nearly a century of winemaking tradition. Its wines, made from indigenous grape varieties, are distinguished by freshness, elegance, and distinctive character.

Miriani’s Marani is a family-owned winery located in the village of Persati, Baghdati Municipality, founded by Mirian Iosebashvili in 2016. He makes wine using traditionally produced grapes from his own vineyard, including Tsolikouri, Krakhuna, Kundza, Dzelshavi, and Otskhanuri Sapere.

Perisati is a small family-owned winery in Persati, Imereti. Its vineyards planted in 2019 and covering approximately one hectare feature Tsolikouri, Tsitska, and Saperavi, producing up to 5,000 bottles annually through traditional qvevri and classical winemaking methods.

Founded in 2007 on his great-grandfather’s vineyard in Nakhshirgele, Ramaz Nikoladze’s small winery produces natural wines from Tsitska and Tsolikouri. Traditional qvevri methods and careful hand cultivation preserve the authentic Imeretian character and winemaking heritage.

Founded in 2007 by brothers Nugzar and Mamuka, Simonica is a family winery in II Obcha, Imereti, named after their father. Winemaker Nini Chkheidze continues a three-generation winemaking tradition, producing natural Qvevri wines from family-owned vineyards in Imereti and Samegrelo.

Winery Naperebi is located in the Kindzmarauli microzone, near Nekresi Monastery, surrounded by its own vineyards. The winery combines Georgian winemaking traditions with modern approaches, creating wines of distinctive character while placing special emphasis on quality, naturalness, and authenticity.

TD Winery is located in Khidistavi, Gori Municipality, Shida Kartli. With three distinct vineyards, including a 50-year-old ungrafted vineyard, the winery produces naturally expressive wines using traditional methods, without filtration, and preserves the unique character of local grape varieties.

Papari Valley is an organic winery located in the Papari Fields of Akhasheni, Kakheti. Combining organically grown grapes with traditional qvevri winemaking, the winery produces authentic wines through natural fermentation and minimal intervention, expressing Kakheti’s distinctive terroir. 

Marani Khazhalia is a family winery located in Geguti, Imereti region, founded in 2022. It produces natural qvevri wines from Kakhetian and Imeretian grape varieties using traditional methods, with an annual production of 3,500 bottles, ensuring quality and authenticity.

Enkeni, a family-owned winery founded by Lasha Guruli, is located in Akhalterjola, Imereti. Its name originates from a traditional festival associated with the grape harvest. Since 2015, the winery has continued Imeretian winemaking traditions, producing natural wines from local grape varieties in 200-year-old qvevri.

Juso is a family-run winery in Kakheti, producing natural qvevri wines since 2017. Reviving a generations-old tradition, the winery honors its grandfather Juso, cultivating 60-year-old vineyards and crafting wines from several grape varieties, reflecting Kakheti’s unique terroir and winemaking heritage.

Located in the village of Chalatke, Zestafoni, Imereti Region, the family winery Good Wine produces natural Georgian wines. Combining traditional Qvevri methods with the finest grape varieties, the brand offers exceptional Tsitska Pet-Nat and authentic wines with unique taste characteristics.

Located in the village of Chumlaki, Kakheti, Doctor's Bio-Cellar produces natural, organic Qvevri wines from the Akhasheni micro-zone. Using traditional methods without filtration or artificial additives, the family winery crafts authentic Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, and Khikhvi, which have won international awards.

Tariel Lomtadze’s family winery is located in Khvanchkara, Racha. The winery combines long-standing family traditions, local grape varieties, and traditional qvevri winemaking. Visitors can taste unique wines of Racha and discover the region’s rich winemaking heritage and culture.

Tedzami Wines is a small family winery located in the village of Garikula, Shida Kartli. Since 2017, we have been making natural Qvevri wines from mostly endemic Kartli grape varieties in our 300-year-old wine cellar, preserving local traditions and authentic Georgian winemaking heritage.
