Restaurant registration is open to restaurants and food partners capable of presenting Georgian cuisine at Amber Georgia. Participating restaurants must be able to provide food service for approximately 600-800 guests during the fair.

Menu Requirement:

The food offering must be based on a Georgian menu and should reflect the culinary identity, hospitality, and traditional flavors of Georgia. The proposed menu may include traditional dishes, regional specialties, or contemporary interpretations of Georgian cuisine, provided they remain connected to Georgian food culture.

Restaurants must provide detailed information about the proposed menu, including portion options and prices for each portion.

Participation:

Approved restaurant partners will be part of the Amber Georgia event experience and will contribute to presenting Georgian culture alongside amber wine, natural winemaking, music, and hospitality.

Restaurant are responsible for preparing, organizing, pricing, and serving their food offering during the event.

Amber Georgia will provide 8 standing tables for guests to use while eating during the fair.

Participation Fee:

The participation fee is subject to negotiation with the selected restaurant.

Final participation terms will be discussed and confirmed after the review and selection process.

Promotion & Communication Requirement - The selected restaurant is expected to support the promotion of Amber Georgia through its own communication channels. This may include inviting its customers and community to the fair through email newsletters, social media, website announcements, direct communication, or any other relevant platform.

Restaurants must provide specific information about their potential audience reach, including:

Number of customers or contacts reachable by email newsletter

Number of followers or subscribers on each social media platform

Website, blog, or online platform reach, if applicable

Any other communication channels available for promoting Amber Georgia

Estimated total number of potential guests the restaurant can reach through all channels

The goal is to create a shared promotional effort that helps attract more guests to the fair and strengthens the cultural and culinary presence of the selected restaurant within Amber Georgia.

Equipment & Setup Requirements - Restaurants must provide detailed information about the equipment, setup, and technical support they will need from Amber Georgia in order to operate during the fair.

Applicants should clearly indicate:

Tables, counters, or serving stations required

Electricity needs

Refrigeration or cooling needs

Heating or food warming equipment

Water access requirements

Waste management needs

Storage requirements

Any other technical or operational support needed from the event organizer

Restaurants must also specify what equipment, materials, and service items they will bring themselves, including cooking equipment, serving tools, packaging, staff, signage, and any additional operational supplies.

Open flame, live fire, and flame-based cooking are not permitted.

All equipment and setup requirements are subject to approval based on venue rules, available space, safety requirements, and event logistics.

Selection:

Due to limited space at the fair, only one restaurant will be selected to participate.

All restaurant applications are subject to review and approval by Amber Georgia. Approved restaurants will receive confirmation together with participation details, operational guidelines, and next step
