Trade registration is open to wine professionals who wish to present and promote their portfolio at Amber Georgia.
The following categories are eligible to apply:
Importers: Companies and professionals actively importing, distributing, and representing wines in their local markets.
Wine Bars & Wine Shops: Businesses dedicated to serving, curating, and retailing wines and seeking to present their wine selection to visitors and industry professionals.
The participation package includes:
One full exhibition table (180 × 80 cm)
Opportunity to present multiple wines during the event
Visibility within the official event environment
Opportunity to connect with wineries, professionals, media, and visitors
Trade participants are responsible for organizing and operating their own tasting presentation.
Winery & Wine Eligibility
Trade participants may present wines from multiple wineries. However, all wineries represented through importers, distributors, wine bars, or wine shops must comply with the same eligibility criteria and participation standards as wineries applying directly through Winery Registration.
This includes:
Maximum annual production of 40,000 liters per winery
Organic vineyard management
Natural winemaking practices
No commercial or selected yeasts
No additives
Total sulfur not exceeding 50 mg/L total SO₂
At least one wine in the presented wine list must be an amber wine
Except for wineries that are members of the Natural Wine Association, all wineries and wines presented at the fair are subject to approval by Amber Georgia.
Application Process:
Complete the registration form and provide professional details together with the list of wineries and wines proposed for presentation.
Selected applicants will receive confirmation together with participation details, operational guidelines, and next steps.
