Martvilis Marani
Founded in 2012 in Targameuli, Samegrelo region, Martvili's Marani produces natural Qvevri wines from seven Georgian grape varieties, including Ojaleshi and Tsolikouri. With 3 hectares of vineyards, the winery produces around 14,000 bottles annually, exporting its wines to 16 countries worldwide.
Lomtadzeebis Marani
Lomtadzeebis Marani in Velistsikhe, Gurjaani, was built in the early 20th century. It preserves 24 qvevris dating back to 1900–1905. For over a century, the family has continued the traditional Kakhetian winemaking method.
Perisati
Perisati is a family winery in Imereti, combining Georgia’s winemaking heritage with a contemporary European approach. Its distinctive Imeretian Saperavi, Tsolikouri and Tsitska are natural Qvevri wines, crafted to express the unique character of the region and its rich winemaking tradition.
Tilisma
Founded in 2012 by Ketevan Akolashvili and Christian Hubert, the family winery in Velistsikhe grew into a 12-hectare estate. Reviving ancestral qvevris, it produces traditional Georgian wines rooted in family heritage.
Simonica - Chkheidze Wines
Founded in 2007 by brothers Nugzar and Mamuka, Simonica is a family winery in II Obcha, Imereti, named after their father. Winemaker Nini Chkheidze continues a three-generation winemaking tradition, producing natural Qvevri wines from family-owned vineyards in Imereti and Samegrelo.
Zhuka-Sano Wine
Zhuka-Sano Wine is the home, vineyard and winery of a happy couple, producing five wines in small quantities — just 1,000 bottles a year.
It all began in 2017, when a book editor left the capital, bought a house and vineyard in a beautiful Kakhetian village, and started a new life.
Unari
Founded in 2021, UNARI continues the legacy of traditional Georgian winemaking with a new generation’s vision. Bringing together three distinct Georgian terroirs, the cellar crafts limited-production wines from indigenous varieties of Kakheti and Kartli, revealing the unique character of each grape and place.
Ia's Winery
Years ago, in her family’s old village home in Kakheti, Gurjaani, Ia Imerlishvili uncovered century-old buried qvevris — silent vessels holding the memory of generations past. This moment sparked the birth of Ia’s Winery.
Gvinadze Winery
Gvinadze Winery is a small family winery in Shilda, Kakheti, crafting natural Qvevri wines from organically farmed vineyards. Working with Georgian grape varieties including Saperavi and Tsolikauri, the winery follows traditional methods and minimal intervention, producing authentic, unfiltered wines
Ilto’s Valley
Ilto’s Valley is a natural winery led by winemaker and viticulturist Beqa Martiashvili in Akhmeta, Kakheti, on the right bank of the Ilto River. Continuing his family’s winemaking heritage, Beqa works with Rkatsiteli, Khikhvi and Saperavi, always seeking to create something unique.

Zura MgvdliashviliNatural Winemaker & Managing Founder of Georgia’s Natural Wine Association
Zura Mgvdliashvili is the owner and winemaker of Nikalas Marani, a traditional family wine cellar located in the village of Kardenakhi, Gurjaani Municipality, Kakheti. He cultivates organically farmed vineyards and produces natural, additive-free wines from indigenous Georgian grape varieties using the traditional Georgian qvevri winemaking method. The winery is named after Zura’s great-grandfather, Nikala Mgvdliashvili, who founded the original family Marani in 1928. Today, Zura continues a four-generation family winemaking tradition, preserving his family's heritage while remaining committed to authentic, minimal-intervention winemaking.
Iago BitarishviliWinemaker, Georgia
Based in the village of Chardakhi in Georgia’s Kartli region, Iago Bitarishvili is a pioneering natural winemaker devoted exclusively to the indigenous Chinuri grape variety. He was among the first winemakers in Georgia to produce certified organic wine, inspiring a new generation of small growers to embrace ecological viticulture and authentic, low-intervention winemaking.
Together with fellow winemaker Soliko Tsaishvili, Iago was also among the first to introduce Georgian natural wines to international markets through export. Today, his wines are enjoyed in 11 countries, reflecting his longstanding commitment to quality, tradition, and sustainable winemaking.
