Archil Guniava Wine Cellar is a small family winery in Kvaliti, Imereti. With 2 hectares of vineyards, the family produces seven natural Imeretian wines from indigenous grape varieties. Vineyard work is done by hand, while wines are fermented in qvevri with native yeasts and extended skin contact, expressing local terroir.

Named after one of wine’s defining characteristics, Tanini began with Emzar Vasadze’s love for Georgian wine and his small winery in Kiketi, 1,200 metres above sea level. Years later, his son continued his father’s legacy, bringing together natural winemaking, Georgian tradition and Kiketi’s unique character.
